Step 2 is where our team of Inside Sales Agents call the leads to qualify them for intent/motivation to sell, timeline for selling, not working with another agent, etc. Step 3 is where our Quality Control Specialists listen to the call from Step 2 to confirm they are qualified, confirm we are speaking with the actual owner by searching public records, confirm the property is not listed, and confirm they are not on the DNC list. Step 4 is where we call the seller back and if they are interested in speaking with a local agent, we book the appointment for you and send you all the appointment details.

We offer transparent, pay-per-appointment pricing model without any long-term commitments. Setup fees are applicable in specific markets and will be discussed on the demo with our team member.

We only offer refunds on appointments for unique situations but our general stance is no refunds. We consider ourselves to be very fair though and will look at refund requests and we always have our client's best interest in mind. We set the expectation that not every lead will close and you need to work the pipeline to see the strongest return on investment.
